Interlinked Through Time

Award-winning

Interlinked Through Time explores how sequential linear elements generate complex curved volumes. Multiple hyperbolic paraboloid surfaces, constructed from straight threads in tension, interlock around a spherical frame to create a continuous form that modulates light and shadow.

This study in ruled surfaces examines the relationship between process and form.
